Jennifer Mahood

Jennifer is a Toronto-based creative, specializing in fine art film photography, branded social media content, art direction and styling.
Equipped with her grandfather’s film camera and gathering inspiration from the quiet, small town streets she grew up on, art and photography were a part of her life for as far back as she can recall - a passion she later refined at OCAD University.

While earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts, she deepened her understanding of visual storytelling, art direction, and film photography. This immersive art school training gave her the technical and conceptual foundation to experiment with the very nature of film, now evident in her unconventional portraits, dynamic concert visuals and thoughtful branded content. Guided by her curiosity for all things "craft", Jennifer’s creativity also extends to careers in visual merchandising and the craft beer world.

Now embracing a “bi-coastal” life, Jennifer is excited to bring her unique vision back to her roots, including current local art exhibitions and next year’s Kincardine Art Crawl.

After all, the best stories often start where it all began.
