Start the Crawl with music, drinks, and a room full of evolving artwork. With multiple canvases in play, participants rotate from piece to piece, adding, layering, and transforming each one before returning to their original canvas to complete it. Threads of Connection

Threads of Connection is a collaborative weaving installation created from reclaimed fabrics, ribbons, and textiles, growing throughout the Kincardine Art Crawl with contributions from the community. Participants are invited to weave, tie, and knot materials into a shared tapestry while reflecting on prompts about connection, sustainability, memory, and belonging.

Created from reclaimed materials and community stories, the installation highlights how small individual contributions can come together to create something meaningful.

Sunset Fiber Art Piece

Learn the art of Kinusaiga, a fabric-based technique where pieces are tucked into foam to create a textured design. In this two-hour workshop, participants will create a 5 x 7 sunset piece, complete with a frame to take home. Suitable for teens and adults. No experience needed.
